Summary: This property was so beautiful and perfect for a small friend get together. We had a nice backyard and access to their hot tub. We didn’t bring our kids but they would have had all the necessary things for a 4 and 2 year old. The home is gorgeous and the space is beautifully decorated. Katerina was always quick to get back to me for everything we needed

Summary: Not even a hint of a complaint about this place. Katerina was a perfect host, and the house is impossible to beat. Great location, quiet but blocks from Fishtown, walkable to more great restaurants than we had time for. The hot tub was immaculate and perfect for chilly winter days/nights. If you are gathering as friends or family you won't find a better spot in Philly.

Summary: We loved staying at this house! It's huge, great location, has everything you could want for a weekend getaway (included a hot tub and a pretty well-equipped gym), and lots of thoughtful touches. Highly recommended!

Summary: Katerina's home is so lovely and relaxing! We wish we had more time there. Our group really enjoyed the hot tub, the pizza oven, and the spa-style bathrooms. The house had everything we could need, and the bed were so comfortable. Very easy to find street parking during the day - more difficult at night. The neighborhood is residential, but it's a short walk to everything on Frankford.

Summary: This place was the best we have ever stayed. Clean, beautiful, and had the best accommodations. Don’t hesitate on booking this place.
